Now, WHAT ARE CHAGA MUSHROOMS?

Chaga mushrooms are a nutrient-dense superfood, containing a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. They are mostly a burnt orange color, with some black. The black outer-layer of the chaga is actually the most nutrient-dense part of the mushroom! They can be found growing on the bark of birch trees in cold climates. The chaga mushrooms used for this blend are certified organic and were sustainably farmed in Northern Canada.

Studies have shown that chaga mushrooms have many health benefits, including:

-Improving immunity: Beta-D-glucans found in Chaga mushrooms help balance the immune system (they stimulate the immune system when you need a boost, and downregulate when it’s overactive).
